The alterego.mu website is operated by Erwin & Co Business AID Ltd, a company registered in Mauritius, whose registered office is at 10 Remy Ollier street, Port Louis, 4th floor, Abdullah plaza, 1113-03.

Company: means Erwin & Co Business AID Ltd, its brand Alterego and all its sister companies.
User: refers to any person who accesses and navigates the Platform, whether a Client, Partner or simple Internet user.
Client: refers to any User seeking information on Mauritius, on investment or sale of businesses or any person having subscribed to an offer/service proposed by Erwin & Co Business AID Ltd. Partner: refers to any User working in collaboration or wishing to collaborate with Erwin & Co Business AID Ltd.
Services/Offers: refers to all services (paid or unpaid) offered by Erwin & Co Business AID Ltd to Users.
Content: refers to all information, texts, logos, brands, animations, drawings and models, photographs, data, hyperlinks, and in general all elements and content transmitted to Erwin & Co Business AID Ltd for publication on our website.
Personal Data: is defined as any information relating to a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, such as the surnames, first names, email and postal addresses of a natural person, his or her image on a photograph.

Rights and Obligations

The User shall not in any way engage in or attempt to engage in any misuse of the system or the Site, including hacking, circumventing security systems or otherwise disrupting the operations of the Site.

Services
Erwin & Co Business AID Ltd assists users in their business valuation, transfer and acquisition in Mauritius: audit, advice, help in finding investors, networking, integration on site and all other services related to an expatriation project in Mauritius.
The services of Erwin & Co Business AID Ltd require an appointment to be made for a Visio or Telephone call with our team. The User agrees to provide complete, accurate and relevant information when making an appointment. Erwin & Co Business AID Ltd reserves the right to accept or refuse any appointment request.
Before purchasing a service from Erwin & Co Business AID Ltd, the user must discuss the feasibility of his project with the Erwin & Co Business AID Ltd team. Without this, Erwin & Co Business AID Ltd cannot be held responsible for the non-feasibility of the user’s project.
In no event shall Erwin & Co Business AID Ltd or its affiliates be liable for any loss or failure to establish contact with a partner or to provide support. The user is solely responsible for the exchanges and recommendations made by Erwin & Co Business AID Ltd and/or the chosen partners. The user is solely responsible for the decision to continue a collaboration. Erwin & Co Business AID Ltd will not be held responsible for any failure of the partners.
In no event shall Erwin & Co Business AID Ltd be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising out of the recommendations made by the site, the use of the site or other sites linked to it.
Fees and conditions of issue
Prices and payment terms
The fees charged by Erwin & Co Business AID Ltd for project support are quoted in Euros or in multiple currencies.
Procedures begin upon receipt of payment by Erwin & Co Business AID Ltd for services related to auditing, expatriation, consulting.
Erwin & Co Business AID Ltd invoices will be issued upon agreement of services between agent and client. These are to be paid by bank transfer or by any other means of payment available on the site. All international transfer fees are the responsibility of the user of the site.
Under no circumstances will Erwin & Co Business AID Ltd reimburse the user for any costs associated with the cancellation of a project by the client; both parties have mutually agreed to such reimbursement.
